Mark's presentation is entitled "Post-Marketing Safety Monitoring of Self-Reported Symptom-Treatment-Outcome Measurement in Web-based Media Sources". This is sure to be of interest to anyone who has ever diagnosed themselves using the Internet!

Afterwards, we'll enjoy a mixer with food stations, drinks, and plenty of socializing. This will be a great opportunity to meet other attendees, network with fellow SAS users, and just relax before we dig into the technical content on Monday.

PharmaSUG / SAS User Appreciation Mixer aboard the U.S.S. Midway

Tuesday, June 3, 6:30pm - 9:30pm (Buses start running at 6:00pm)
U.S.S. Midway Museum, 910 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA

Our SAS User Appreciation Mixer will be held Tuesday evening on the U.S.S. Midway, a retired U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, now a permanent museum in San Diego. Don't miss this exciting event! We will have access to flight simulators holding two or twelve people, a roving photographer, docents to give ship tours, an open gift shop, and food and beverages for all. We'll be serving heavy appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks. This is an actual aircraft carrier, so please plan accordingly by wearing comfortable shoes. High heels are NOT recommended!

The ship is conveniently located just a mile from our hotel. We will have buses running continuously between the ship and the hotel so that you may come and go as you please. Or, you can choose to enjoy the short one-mile walk along the marina, passing though the Seaport Village, an area of shoppes and restaurants.

This might be the best mixer PharmaSUG has ever held, and it's all included in your conference registration! You can also purchase guest tickets during conference registration ($125 for guests over the age of 12).

Bus Pickup: The buses will be picking us up from the Promenade East entrance on the 1st level of the hotel. Keep in mind that the hotel lobby is on the 2nd level, so you'll need to go down one more floor. Buses will start running at 6:00pm and we can board the U.S.S. Midway at 6:30pm.

You must bring your conference badge to access the U.S.S. Midway!
Below is a sample of the souvenir photo you'll receive.
