Who we share your data with

If you register for one of our events and do not opt out of sharing your registration information, we will provide your name, company affiliation and email address to the event sponsors.   Otherwise, we will not sell, rent, lease or provide your information to any other organizations.  Registrations are processed securely through Cvent for events requiring a fee, and are governed by Cvent’s global privacy policy.  All other registrations are processed by PharmaSUG, with contact information stored in Constant Contact according to their privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

If you have registered for one of our events or joined our mailing list, we will retain your data until you unsubscribe from the mailing list, or your contact information is no longer valid.

What rights you have over your data

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, and your email address will be deleted at that point.  You may also opt out of sharing your event registration information with the event sponsors at the time of registration.
