*With Pre-Sale, you are purchasing a discount code good for the reduction of the registration fee up to $1,299.  If you register at a time that the fee is greater than the value of this discount code, you will be charged the balance after applying the discount.

**Academic registration is for full-time students only, or for those whose primary source of income comes from teaching classes at a high school, college, or university. Government registration is for those working directly for a government agency. To receive the discounted rate, please contact the Conference Registrars at Registrar@PharmaSUG.org for instructions.

***The presenter discount is not available until the paper selection process concludes in February. Potential presenters should wait until that time to register.

All registration rates expire at 11:59 PM (event site time).

Registration fee includes:

  • Two and a half days of paper presentations by analysts, programmers, and statisticians just like you!
  • Exhibitors with a focus on our industry
  • Sunday evening opening session and mixer
  • Networking opportunities at breakfast, lunch and evening activities
  • Hands-On Training (bring your own device)
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall, including exhibitor booths, major sponsors, Think Tank, Water Cooler Chats, the e-Poster Gallery, door prizes, the attendee lounge, refreshments, and more
Not included: Pre- and post-conference training seminars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrars at Registrar@PharmaSUG.org. Cancellations on or before May 17, 2026 will be refunded at 90% of the event registration fee. Refunds will be issued by the same form of payment received. No refunds will be available after May 18, 2026. Registrations can be transferred to another individual for a $25 administrative fee.
