For All Authors
- Submission Guidelines (PDF, 534KB) – General specifications for papers, posters, and presenters. All authors are expected to comply with these guidelines, so please review the document carefully.
- Paper Template (DOCX, 3.6MB) – This paper template will help you create a final manuscript that meets the requirements.
- Copyright Grant Form (CGF) – Due March 27, 2026. New this year, the copyright grant form will be available in a digital format for online completion and submission. Please read the Electronic CGF Process. The main author contact (i.e., the submitting author) is responsible for ensuring all authors have entered their information into PharmaSUG Paper Submission System by March 12, 2026. In addition, the main author is responsible for collecting signatures and uploading the fully signed CGF to the PharmaSUG Paper Submission System.
- Instructions for Uploading Submission Documents – This document describes the steps required for successfully uploading your copyright grant form, final paper and final presentation into the PharmaSUG 2026 Paper Submission System.
For All Presenters
- Presentation Template (PPTX, 339KB, updated 24Apr2026) – This optional presentation slide template will help give our conference a professional and consistent look and feel. Note that all projection at PharmaSUG 2026 will be in widescreen. If you choose not to use the provided template, please format your slides accordingly.
- PharmaSUG Non-Commercial Policy (PDF, 120KB) – PharmaSUG is an educational, non-commercial conference. This short policy describes the ways in which commercial activity may and may not be conducted in the context of a PharmaSUG event. All presenters are expected to comply with this policy.

- You will need to set up your speaker profile in the PharmaSUG 2026 mobile app once that is published later in the spring.
For e-Poster Authors
e-Posters should be uploaded to the Paper Submission System. Please see the PharmaSUG Submission Guidelines for general information about creating your e-poster. Use of the optional slide templates will help give our conference a consistent look and feel..

Additional Resources
- Coaching Sessions – Our Presenter Coaches have been impressed with the presenter’s confidence and presentation flow progress they have seen in as little as one session. If you haven’t yet scheduled a one-on-one session, they would love to work with you to refine your presentation and build your confidence- contact them at coaching@pharmasug.org.
- Rehearsal Room – Once we’re at the conference, we’ll have a dedicated practice room available in the Invention room. You’re welcome to use it during the following times:
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
The room will be equipped with a monitor and podium. Please note that a laptop and microphone will not be available. To use the space, please bring your laptop to hook up to the monitor with your presentation loaded.
